- Now that your photo is ready, you're ready to upload your photo using our website. Make sure you have your special offer number, and simply click on the "Next Step" button below. Our order form will open in a new, secure window. Follow the steps, and when you see the "Thank You" message after you submit the photo and the form, you need to do nothing else but sit back and receive your new heirloom! You can rest assured that we're hard at work weaving a great new PortraitWeavers product just for you!
- If you'd rather mail the photo and your form to us via the US Post Office or another means, please place your photo into an envelope, along with the bottom portion of your flyer and mail it back to us.
